Terms and Conditions
All equipment is clean, sanitized and table ready. Rental rates are for a reasonable event period. Under most circumstances, equipment rented for a Saturday or Sunday function will be due in the following Monday for a one day rental charge.
Security is your responsibility! Equipment must be protected from disappearance and weather related damage while in your possession.
Special containers are provided for your china, silver, glassware and other items to ensure that you receive them in as near perfect condition as possible. All dishware should be free of food and repacked in the same containers as delivered and linens should be shaken out and dry. If linens become wet while in your possession please allow them to air dry, they must never be put in a heated dryer.
In the event that an item you reserve becomes unavailable due to loss or damage prior to your rental, we will make every effort to substitute an item of equal or greater value after discussing the available alternatives with you.

A deposit of 50% of the total anticipated rental is required to confirm a reservation and the balance is due prior to delivery. Master Card, Visa, checks and cash are accepted as forms of payment. First time customers are required to provide identification and a credit (not debit) card guarantee. Deposits are refundable up to 10 days prior to the rental.
It is not unusual for guest counts to change as the event date approaches. We encourage you to make a "best guess" estimate when placing your original reservation and adjustments as you become aware of the need. We will make every effort to accommodate those changes and simply ask that final edits be made a minimum of two working days before delivery. Once preparation has begun, changes will incur an additional charge.
Full rack orders
Small items, primarily plates and glasses, are packaged in racks of fixed quantities, ranging from 9 to 49 pieces per rack. Delivering partial racks presents a number of challenges for our team. We therefore require full rack multiples when orders are less than $1,000 in rental value. Optionally, customers may request to pay an additional fee for each split rack when placing their order.
Delivery and Pickup Service
Optional delivery service is available for orders of $100.00 rental value or greater, with cost based on location. You may request the dates of delivery and pickup. You may also request a "by time" or an "after time" between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. While we want to accommodate all requests, the frequently high volume of deliveries requires us to manage the order of our stops in such a way that we can serve all our customers in an efficient manner and at a reasonable cost. When we reach our expected capacity, we may need to deliver during the days preceding the requested time or pickup later than desired. Events that require exact time, after hours, or same day round trip service may be charged additional fees.
Standard delivery and pickup charges are for tailgate service. Additional charge will apply for any steps, elevators or significant distance that must be navigated at the event venue. Customers are asked to advise us, in advance, of any anticipated challenges so that we can budget the necessary time and labor to accomplish the job without jeopardizing our service to others.
Set-up and Take down Service
Items that require assembly such as tents, stages and dance floors, generally include setup and take down in the rental fee. For an additional fee, set-up and take down service can also be arranged for tables, chairs and a few other items. Arrangements for this service must be made in advance, as it is subject to the availability of labor.
FAQ: What time will my rental arrive?
Delivery/Pickup schedules cannot be completed until all orders are finalized, and therefore are not attempted until after we close on the preceding day. Unfortunately, even after we stop accepting orders, late changes to existing orders and other unexpected events frequently cause a shuffling of the delivery runs. You may call our store at any time on the day of delivery and we will make a sincere effort to estimate the time of our arrival, based on the information that is available at the time of your call.
